    1. Riya is an internationally certified Yoga Teacher & wellness consultant.

In her life, yoga was the game-changer that helped her to articulate, balance and actualize her life. It is through her yoga classes, workshops and online content, she aims to help others find their health and happiness.  Her yoga sessions are an amalgamation of the traditional  Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga styles.
    3. er style is dynamic, intense and restorative with plenty of modifications and personalized attention.
    4. She has completed her 200-hour teacher training, Introductory Iyengar Yoga Teacher training with Nivedita Joshi and Sharat Arora, Yoga Nidra TTC, and is currently pursuing MSc in Yoga Therapy from Svyasa University Bengaluru.
    5. She loves to encourage & motivate people to improve their health  and wellbeing both on and off the mat & believe that yoga is extremely beneficial in today’s world to improve the overall mental and physical health. She has also done Television show for Tata Sky Fitness - Channel 110, Align and Flow Yoga with Riya.
    1. Wake up your body, focus your mind, and take on each day with intention. In this yoga series, you’ll find a class to match any morning vibe, from breathing practices, pranayama, asana and short guided body scan at the end of each class to relax and reset you for the rest of the day. Each sequence will warm you up for movement throughout the day by relieving tension in your muscles, welcoming in energy, and opening up your entire body.
    2. By holding space to practice at the start of each day, you’ll increase your physical and mental stamina — all while building a consistent daily morning practice. In this series, you will: Feel the benefits of a daily morning yoga routine  Start each day with energy, focus, and intention Establish a healthy sleep cycle Strengthening of the joints and muscles. Toning the body and holistic weight loss with consistent practice and lifestyle change Destress and prepare you both mentally and physically for the rest of the day Posture correction; neck pain, back pain and tight hamstrings relief; increased hip mobility and many more.
