The outer cotton twill cover is removable and washable; the inner case is undyed canvas. A broad handle makes it easy to carry between rooms or roll out for restorative poses.

Unzip and remove the outer cotton cover to machine wash on a gentle cycle; air-dry fully before putting it back on. Spot clean the inner canvas case — it isn't meant to be washed. Fluff and reshape the bolster occasionally to keep the buckwheat filling evenly distributed.

Will the buckwheat filling flatten over time?

It compresses slightly with regular use, which is normal — fluffing it periodically keeps the support even.

Can I wash the whole bolster?

Only the outer cotton cover is washable. Remove it before washing; the inner canvas case should just be spot cleaned.
