SHIPPING POLICY

We are eager to get the parcel to you as soon as possible. We do request you to inspect your parcel for any sign of damage or tampering, before receiving it. Please do not accept a damaged parcel and contact our team at hello@proyog.com for further assistance.

What is the delivery time?
We will deliver within 2 – 4 working days from the date of your order for metros. Other cities may take up to a week.

What is the cost for delivery?
We offer free shipping across India for orders above Rs.1000/-.
We charge a fee of Rs.100/- for orders below Rs.1000/-

Can I avail of COD?
COD (cash on delivery) is available for customers in India at no extra charge.

How can I track my order?
As soon as the product is shipped from our service center, you will receive an email with the Airway Bill Number of our delivery partner.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
You can get in touch with us at hello@proyog.com and in case the order is still in the processing stage, we can cancel or modify it.

What is the delivery time?
International orders take a minimum of 7 – 10 working days from the date of your order, depending on the country that you live in and the time taken for customs clearance procedures.
However, you can track your order as soon as we ship it out.

What is the cost for delivery?
Free shipping for orders above $100. For orders less than $100 there will be a $15 charge.

How can I track my order?
As soon as the product is shipped from our service center, you will receive an email with the Airway Bill Number of our delivery partner.

Will I have to pay custom charges in my country?
Yes. You will have to pay the Customs Duty as per the duty structure of your country.
Customs Duty will be collected at the time you accept your order.

RETURNS

Please do check your order against our size chart carefully to avoid size returns. Returns are applicable only for damaged goods or in case a wrong order has been delivered to you. For customers in India we offer returns on size as well. Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any damage. Damaged, altered or soiled garments will be returned to you. Returned garments will only be accepted in their original packaging including hang tags.

We accept exchanges in India, in the case where you may have ordered the incorrect size.

Once we have received and checked the returned package, we will give you a store credit for the same amount.
