    Will the mat stay in place on smooth floors? +
    Yes. Natural rubber provides a firm, non-slip foundation on polished wood, tile, and other smooth surfaces. For studio use, we still recommend checking the floor for dust or residue and keeping the mat clean.
    Is this mat safe for people with latex allergies? +
    The Mysore Mat is made with natural rubber. Natural rubber may contain latex proteins and is not recommended for people with latex allergies.
    How should I clean the mat? +
